Gemütlich Weintrinken
The concept of 'Griass Di' is based on the Austrian 'Heuriger' where local wine makers open their doors to invite the local community to taste this year's freshly made wine. These 'Heuriger' function as a meeting spot for the local community to bring people together over tasty wines and simple, often home, cooked food.
Cozinees, laidback and a local meeting spot are the foundation of Griass Di.

Growing up in the Austrian Thermenregion, I have spent many hours at the local 'Heuriger' and wine makers. In this small village you will always meet a friendly face, and the amount of people at the table would change constantly.
To me, this homely feeling was core of growing up, bringing all ages and types of people together. Living in Haarlem Noord with my husband and two kids, I'd love to bring this concept to the area.
Together with Joyce I select exciting wines for the PopUp, matching each edition's theme.

From a young age I had a passion for wine. After studying at the Hotelschool and an internship at the Liberije, this passion only grew more. Even though I left hospitality, hospitality never left me. I continued studying wine resulting in a SDEN and WSET 3 certification and since October 2022 I am even Register Vinoloog! It feels that now I have a little knowledge about wine :)
I own an online wine shop cotiwijn and I host tailored wine tastings.
